How we work

• Ordering process: If you have found a beautiful ceramic item at Draumr, you can easily order it in our webshop. You pay via a secure payment environment. We receive a notification that you have ordered an item. We instruct the creator of the item to create the item. Sometimes it is already in stock, then we can send it immediately. Otherwise she will need some time, but we will keep you informed of the process. When the item is ready, we will make an appointment with you to send it.

• Delivery and maintenance: We ensure that the item is delivered in a careful manner. We do this with the utmost attention to your item, so that nothing goes wrong.

• Returns policy: In the unlikely event that there is something that makes you not satisfied. Please report it to us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve this. If you want to return the item, we refer you to our returns policy.
