How it works
• Ordering process: If you have found your dream cupboard at Draumr, you can easily order it in our webshop. You pay via a secure payment environment. We will receive a notification that you have ordered the cabinet. We instruct the maker of the cabinet to make the cabinet according to your wishes. He will need some time for this, but we will keep you informed of the process. When the cabinet is ready, we will make an appointment with you to deliver the cabinet to you.

• Delivery and maintenance: We ensure that the cabinet is delivered on the agreed day. We do this with the greatest attention to your cupboard and your existing interior, so that nothing goes wrong. We place the cupboard in the place you indicate and leave the room clean, so we take away packaging materials neatly. You can immediately fill the cupboard with your valuables and enjoy it. We also explain how to maintain it.

• Returns policy: In the unlikely event that there is something that makes you not satisfied. Please report it to us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve this. If you want to return the cabinet, we refer you to our returns policy.
