The Fili is inspired by the concept of weaving.Fabric is created by weaving yarn. I wanted to use a sustainable vegan fabric and this fabric is created from recycled PET bottles. However, you can no longer see the weave in this fabric and therefore I wanted to bring this back by using weaving to create the design. The tubes are woven into a three-dimensional shape.The interplay of these lines and the combination of colours give eachpiece a different look.

Materials & Process

Dinamica® is an ecological microfibre. The production process is similar to that of paper recycling, in which no harmful chemicals are used. The recycled polyester in Dinamica® comes from polyester fibres (T-shirts,fabrics, fibres) and PET (bottles, plastic, etc.) Dinamica Classica® is available in 111 colours, from basic colours to the most fashionable shades.
