How we work

• Ordering process: If you have found your dream table at Draumr, you can easily order it in our webshop. You pay via a secure payment environment. We will receive a notification that you have ordered the table. We instruct Maarten to make the table. He will need some time for this, but we will keep you informed of the process. When the table is ready, we will make an appointment with you to deliver the table to you.

• Delivery and maintenance: We ensure that the table is delivered on the agreed day. We do this with the greatest attention to your table and your existing interior, so that nothing goes wrong. We install the table at the location you indicate and leave the area clean, so we take away packaging materials neatly. You can sit right at the table and enjoy it. We also explain how to maintain it.

• Returns policy: In the unlikely event that there is something that makes you not satisfied. Please report it to us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve this. If you want to return the table, we refer you to our returns policy.
